Head to the Robert McLaughlin Gallery for RMG Fridays, for their 6th Anniversary Bash! The Faculty of Engineering and Applied Science hosts Go CODE Girl, an opportunity for girls in grades ranging from 7 to 11 to learn about the world of coding and software development and discover opportunities in computing and engineering fields. Go CODE Girl aims to educate, inspire and equip girls with the digital skills, confidence and resources needed to pursue education in technology, computing and engineering. Boys and girls ages 4-9 can take part in free Introduction to Baseball Clinics courtesy Baseball Oshawa! The sessions run at Durham College Campus Recreation and Wellness Centre,and are perfect for beginners or those players looking to improve their skills. There is no need to register, and attend as many as you can! It’s Sunday FUNday at the Oshawa Museum! Interact with artifacts from Oshawa’s Ancestral Wendat archaeological sites. Found in 1967 and 1992 these excavations have provided us a link to Oshawa’s pre-history! Learn about tools of the trade, dating techniques and put together clay pots, plus view artifacts on display from digs at Henry House.  February 5, 2017. Cystic Fibrosis Canada – Durham Chapter holds its first Princess Ball in Support of Cystic Fibrosis Canada. It’s a day of dress-up and fun for children ages 3 to 12!  Guests will be treated to a royal entrance, child-friendly brunch buffet, music, entertainment, dancing, balloons, different pampering stations, arts and crafts booths and other surprises throughout the day.
