Artists can head to the Robert McLaughlin Gallery for Crafting an Artist Statement: A Writing Workshop for Artists.  Refine an effective artist statement and receive feedback and support from peers. Artists bring a statement draft that they would like to develop and an image example of the work it describes. Facilitated by Anastasia Hare.  Saturday, January 21,  2017.  72 Queen Street, Oshawa. Create your very own journal out of simple, up-cycled materials at the LivingRoom Community Art Studio! January 21, 2017. 149 Simcoe Street South, Oshawa. 12 pm to 2 pm. Support the Boys and Girls Club of Durham and try something new!
