Halloween Events in Oshawa October 28 – 31, 2016

We’ve dead-icated this article to all the Halloween events around Oshawa…

Grade 12 students at Trafalgar Castle School in Whitby present The Haunted Castle, in support of The New Life Neighbourhood Centre and Grandview Kids.  Bring a canned non-perishable food item to donate and receive a snack! $8 adult, $5 child. Tickets at the door. Not recommended for children under 9! October 28, 2016. 6 pm to 8 pm. 401 Reynolds Street, Whitby. 

Back for a fourth year, Neighbourhood Creeps present Terror at The Regent, a horrifying haunted house fundraiser for Lakeridge Health Oshawa’s NeoNatal Centre, where all donations will be matched by Sheila Zanussi, Sales Representative, Re/Max Jazz, dollar for dollar.  Canned food, baby supplies and new un-wrapped toys for girls and boys will also be accepted and donated to Simcoe Hall Settlement house, Oshawa.  October 30 and 31, 2016. 7:30 pm to 9:30 pm. 477 Masson Street, Oshawa. 

Enjoy a good scare for a good cause! The Awalt Halloween Haunt has been raising money for Sick Kids Hospital since 2007.  Check them out October 29, 30 and 31, 2016, at dusk…if you dare!  370 Olive Avenue, Oshawa. 

Celebrate Halloween with the kids at the Durham Pagan Samhain Halloween Dance! October 29, 2016. 7 pm to 10 pm. Rundle Park, 241 Park Rd South, Oshawa. $15 per ticket, or 2 for $25. Children under 12 free with paying adult.

It’s Zombie Walk time! Join the Optimist Club of Brooklin for the Brooklin Zombie Walk, in support of local food banks. Admission by donation of a non-perishable food item. October 29, 2016. 2 pm to 4 pm. Pre-registration required. Grass Park, Brooklin. 

Wear a costume and join the Halloween fun at the Annual Halloween Haunt at the Kids Safety Village of Durham Region! The 2016 Halloween Haunt is presented by the Ajax Optimist Club and Whitby Lions Club, with treats being provided by the Rotary Club of Oshawa-Parkwood.  The event is free, but please bring donations of non-perishable food items for local food banks. October 29, 2016. 5:30 pm to 8:30 pm. 1129 Athol St., Whitby. 

Can a car be haunted? Find out at the Canadian Automotive Museum‘s annual Halloween Tour! Join “Count Bob” from 1 pm to 2 pm for stories Adults $10, youth $5. Under 5s free. No reservations required, just show up. October 30, 2016. 99 Simcoe Street South, Oshawa. 

Join the Oshawa Museum for a Tea & Walking Tour of the Port Oshawa Pioneer Cemetery on Bonnie Brae Point! October 30, 2016. 1 pm. Meet at Guy House, in Lakeview Park, Oshawa. $10 per person. Reserve a spot by calling 905-436-7624 x 106. 

It’s a Halloween Art Party at the Robert McLaughlin Gallery! Take the family to the Studio for a spook-tacularly good time creating creepy creatures, decorating treat bags and making masks.
