The tour will begin at 2 pm at the front gates of Union Cemetery. Cost is $5/person, or free for members of the Oshawa Historical Society. It’s Durham Comedy Week! Starting September 16, 2016, catch 15 fantastically funny (and clean!) Canadian stand-up comedians, right here in Durham Region for three evenings of laughter. Full schedule, tickets and locations here.
Bottom’s up! It’s time for the Oshawa Wine Tasting Festival, featuring Ontario wineries. Tickets are $25 in advance, or $30 day of event. On Saturday, September 17, 2016, don’t miss Scenes from the Cemetery, a dramatic walking tour where actors bring stories of Oshawa’s past to life. Tickets are $20 each and are available for purchase at the Oshawa Museum. Limited spots, purchase in advance to avoid disappointment. Tour times: 2:20pm, 2:40pm, 3pm, 3:20pm, and 3:40pm.
