Each yoga class focuses on a work of art and details of the piece are woven into the yoga practice, for an art-focused and art-inspired experience. Oshawa Museum Oshawa’s historic Lakeview Park is the location for Yoga in the Garden, a summer yoga series in the Oshawa Museum heritage garden. Friday mornings at 10 am until September. 1450 Simcoe Street South. FREE.

Power Yoga Canada Oshawa is home to the only Power Yoga Canada studio east of Toronto, and offers classes like Power Yoga Strength, Power Yoga Jam, Deep Flow and Reiki Therapy.
