Serving healthy gourmet food from 7:00 am to 5:30 pm (closing at 3:00 pm on Saturday and Sunday), it’s for the breakfast and lunch crowd, but definitely worth the early rise on Saturday morning. The Table: This Downtown Oshawa favourite proves that eating healthy food doesn’t have to break the bank. The Table provides diners with scratch-made, locally sourced whole foods and a wide variety of vegan and vegetarian dishes, which are all clearly labeled on the menu.
